Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Every item is made-to-order,
Please allow 2-7 business days for your order to be processed.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

 

 

LOST PACKAGES

In case you haven't received your package/ lost in transit,
you can reach out to us via email or the contact form to report the problem with your shipment
within the timeframe of 28 days of placing your order.

Notice that we have no control over the package once it leaves our facility,
For further information about your shipments please reach out to the shipping carrier
following the tracking link you received, or re-track your package at your local post office.

 

 

INVALID OR INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS

If your items are returned because of an invalid or insufficient address we will have to charge you to reship your package. If you do not want your package to be reshipped, you will be issued a store credit for the order total, and the shipping amount will be deducted from your store credit amount.



 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING / CUSTOMS

You are responsible for all import duties and taxes when ordering outside of the United States.
If you refuse a shipment from Bricks n' Papers™, you are responsible for any extra shipping charges, any import fees, duties, and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Bricks n' Papers™.

Duties & taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country and depend on a number of factors, such as: the country of origin of the purchased product, local VAT rates, & Local import taxes.
